Management Board

		Chairman of the Management Board Gulnara Mussatayeva Ms. Mussatayeva has got a great experience in working in state regulatory bodies and in commercial structures. Her work experience is associated with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations, National Bank of Kazakhstan as well as a large commercial bank in Kazakhstan. In May 2011 Ms. Mussatayeva was invited to Nurbank as a Managing Director. From 23 May 2011 - Managing Director and Member of the Board of JSC Nurbank, and from 02 December 2020 - Deputy Chairman of the Board. On 29 September 2021 she was appointed Chairman of the Board of JSC Nurbank.
		Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - Member of the Management Board Aleksey Nikolayevich Mazhuga Aleksey Mazhuga graduated from the Taraz Regional University named after M.H. Dulati in 1999 with a degree in construction engineering and in 2002 with a degree in economics with knowledge of English. He also has a degree in law and qualification as an auditor. Mr. Mazhuga started his banking career in 1999 as a loan officer at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Later on, he occupied offices from a specialist to the head of retail lending department, and then the Deputy Director of the regional branch in charge of retail business at BTA Bank JSC. In 2008-2009 he was a manager of the regional branch of Nurbank JSC. From 2009 to 2022 he helmed Leasing Company “Nur Leasing" LLP, a subsidiary of Nurbank JSC. Currently, Mr Mazhuga holds an office of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - member of the Management Board of Nurbank JSC with responsibility for corporate and SME activities.
		Managing Director - Head of Risk Management Eliza Olzhabayevna Kozykeyeva Ms. Kozykeyeva graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Finance and Credit and State International Kazakh-Turkish University with a degree in Jurisprudence. She has over 28 years of experience in the Kazakhstan banking system. In 2008, she joined Nurbank JSC as the Head of Financial Risk Section of Nurbank JSC. Since 2009 - Head of Financial Risks Department of Nurbank JSC. Since 2013 - Director of the Risk Department. Since 2020 - Managing Director and Director of the Department. On 17 January 2022 she was appointed to the position of the Managing Director - Head of Risk Management - Member of the Management Board of Nurbank JSC.
		Chief Financial Officer Nurbek Kabylbekuly Tolymbekov In 2001 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, majoring in “Business Information Systems”, and in 2003 he received a Masters degree. He began his career as a teacher of computer science and mathematics in high school, then changed his focus area and started his career in the banking sector in 2005. He worked in various positions at Alliance Bank JSC, Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan JSC and ForteBank JSC in treasury, risk management, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and controlling. Since 2023 Mr. Tolymbekov has been with Nurbank JSC where he supervises the financial block.
