International rating agency S&P Global Ratings affirmed the «B-/B» credit rating of Nurbank JSC. The outlook is stable.

S&P Global Ratings affirmed the long-term and short-term credit ratings of JSC Nurbank at "B-/B", outlook - "Stable", as well as the long-term national scale rating "kzBB-".

JSC Nurbank releases the voting results from the annual general meeting of its shareholders (the “AGM”) that took place on 26 May 2022. 

Due to the change in the institutional structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the revision by S&P Global Ratings of its assessment of development trends and sectoral risks of the banking sector, the agency confirmed the ratings of eight Kazakhstan banks.

The international rating agency S&P Global Ratings has published a report on Nurbank JSC performance summarizing its financial status at end of year 2020, including the results of Q3 2021.

Almaty, 28 May 2021. A new member of the board of directors of the bank was elected by the shareholders of JSC Nurbank at their annual general meeting. With effect from 28 May 2021, Eldar Sarsenov, the chairman of the management board of JSC Nurbank JSC has become a member of the board of directors

Improvement of online products, growth of the deposit and loan portfolios, additional capitalization--those were the main events in the bank’s activity in 2020. Even though the past year was a difficult one, Nurbank JSC has managed to meet all of its objectives and maintain stability.
