Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
JSC “Nurbank” announces the open tender for the procurement of the following services/works for implementation:
- Procurement, commissioning, and installation works at the Almaty branch located at Zheltoksan St. 173 of the following systems:
1) Automatic gas fire extinguishing system;
2) Access control system,
according to the requirements set out in annexes 2 and 3 of this announcement.
We invite potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place at the following address: Almaty, Abay Ave. 10 'b', 3rd floor, room 310.
Tender type: Open;
Date and start of bidding: 14:30 November 7, 2024.
Proposal submission deadline: 12:00 on November 6, 2024.
Legal entities (potential service providers) are allowed to participate in the tender if they meet the requirements specified in annexes 2 and 3 to this announcement.
Tender application assessment criteria:
- Compliance of the potential supplier with the aforementioned requirements;
- Compliance of the tender application with technical specifications/requirements;
- Offered price;
- Payment terms: 50% prepayment, 50% post-payment.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for Tender Participation in the form established by annex 4;
2) Copies of founding documents, certificate or statement of registration/reregistration of a legal entity or certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur/notice of commencement of activity as an individual entrepreneur;
3) Copies of permission (original for verification if issued on paper) for the relevant activity (if the procurement of goods/works/services requires permission) or a copy issued by the government body receiving the notification, an extract from the state electronic registry of permits and notifications sent by the Applicant (if the procurement requires notification);
4) Original statement from the servicing bank confirming the Applicant’s bank details, absence of overdue debts to the bank, and no restrictions on the management of funds;
5) Decision of the authorized body of the legal entity on the election (appointment) of the executive body (director), notarially certified copy of the document.
Package 2: Financial documentation
6) Copiesof financial statements for the latest reporting period for legal entities, certified with the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for those conducting individual business activities;
7) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the Applicant’s registration location on the absence of tax debts;
8) Original or copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the Applicant, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
9) Information on the Applicant's registration on the ETP (if available);
10) Information on the availability of material and technical base (if necessary);
11) Copies of the identity document of the authorized person – Applicant's representative;
12) Power of attorney for the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
13) Price offers;
14) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the two years preceding the Tender. If there are tax losses in the two previous years, the participant must provide a price justification for the offered goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the object of international business operations);
15) Other documents in accordance with the decision of the Tender Commission.

1) Licenses for work under pressure and Orion-Pro training certificate
2) Technical specification of equipment
3) Equipment certificates
Additional information:
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, assessment, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, assessment, or comparison of tender applications.
JSC “Nurbank” reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification (electronic) to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, about the cancellation or postponement of the tender, indicating the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for tender application submission.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized personof the potential service provider or without if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
Final deadline for tender documentation submission 12:00 on 6November 2024. Documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope (with contact details on the envelope) to the Bank office, located at Almaty,Abay Ave. 10 'B', room 204.
