Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of computer equipment and phones for Nurbank JSC.
Tender type: open
Tender start: 15.08.2024 at 14:30, at the address: 10V Abaya Ave, 3rd floor, large conference room 310;
End of bidding: 16:30;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) on 14.08.2024 at the address: 10V Abaya Ave, office 204 clerical department.
Potential suppliers who meet the criteria set forth are allowed to participate in the tender:
- In Appendix No. 4 Supplier Requirements.
Technical specifications are provided:
- Appendix No. 1 technical specifications.
Tender application evaluation criteria:
- compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;
- compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
- proposed price;
- payment terms;
- equipment delivery times.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages are required:
1st package: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender;
2) copies of incorporation documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for activities licensed by the state (if the activities related to the purchased goods/works/services require licensing);
4) copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized representative for participation in the Tender.
2nd package: Financial documentation
1) price proposal no less than 12 months;
2) original bank statement confirming the applicant's banking details and absence of past due debt to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
4) original statement from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place confirming no outstanding tax debts;
5) information on available material and technical base;
6) confirmation of agreement to conduct settlements upon delivery through a bank account in Nurbank JSC.
3rd package: Other documentation
1) technical specifications, delivery terms, timelines;
2) availability of an own service center in Almaty, or supporting documents for providing service support and official authorization as an authorized service partner by the manufacturer company;
3) potential Supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and tender commission are not responsible for these costs, regardless of the manner of tender conduct and results.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information concerning the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other parties not officially involved in the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application until the final submission deadline.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized person of the potential service supplier or without if the authorized person does not participate.
