Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of comprehensive security penetration testing services at Nurbank JSC and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will be held at 14:30 on June 6, 2024, at the building of Nurbank JSC, located at 10B Abay Avenue, office No. 310, Almaty.
Document submissions are due by 12:00 PM on June 5, 2024, at the following address: 10B Abay Avenue, office No. 204, Almaty
Legal entities (potential service providers) that meet the selection criteria for potential participants listed in Annex No. 4 by the time of the tender are eligible to participate.
Technical specifications and a description of the software products are provided in Annex No. 5.
Criteria for evaluating tender applications:
To participate in the tender, the following packages of documents must be provided:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting any activity licensed by the state (if the goods/works/services to be procured are subject to licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Power of attorney from the supplier authorizing the participation in the tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Price proposals;
2) Original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details, and absence of overdue debts to the bank;
3) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
4) Original statement from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration, confirming absence of tax debts;
5) Information on the availability of material and technical resources;
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) The potential supplier bears all the costs associated with preparing and submitting its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee do not assume any liability for these costs, regardless of the nature and results of the tender.
We would like to point out that the Bank's tender committee is entitled not to disclose any information concerning the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to the potential service suppliers or any other parties not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tenders.
Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, providing written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation or rescheduling of the tender with a new date.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the final deadline for tender application submission.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized person from the potential service provider, or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
