Nur Bank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of office supplies for the Head Bank and branches for 2024.
A supply contract will be awarded to the company that offers the best terms as a result of the tender competition.

Proposal Submission Deadline: "29" May 2024 at 12:00, at Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "B"
Main supplier requirements:
- The goods must meet the list and specifications as per Appendix 1;
- provide free delivery across 16 cities in Kazakhstan (Atyrau, Astana, Aktau, Aktobe, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Shymkent, Uralsk, Almaty) and to the Head Bank;
- have the necessary quantity of goods in stock;
- possibility of monthly supply of goods throughout the year;
- open an account in Nur Bank JSC;
- possess professional competence, have the necessary financial, material, and human resources to fulfill contractual obligations as per the supply agreement;
- be solvent, not subject to liquidation, have no seizure on its property, and its financial and economic activities should not be suspended according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Tender participation application in the prescribed form;
2) Copies of corporate documents, registration/re-registration certificates of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies (original for verification) of licenses for activities licensed by the state (if the procurement of goods/services require licensing);
4) Copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized representative to participate in the Tender.
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Original bank reference confirming the applicant's bank details, and absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped with the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for private entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
3) Original tax committee reference at the supplier’s registration place, confirming no tax arrears;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal/individual entrepreneurs who previously worked with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) Price proposals;
7) Copies of corporate income tax declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of losses in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant needs to provide justification for the commodity/service price (for procurement of goods/services which later become subject of an international business operation).
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) Product specification, delivery conditions, terms.
2) The potential Supplier bears all the costs related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of how the tender is conducted and the results.
The Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to prospective service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
Nur Bank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, specifying the cancellation or postponement of the tender with a new date.
A potential supplier has the right to alter or withdraw its application before the expiration of the deadline for tender submission.
