JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of "Oracle" software licenses and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on March 20, 2024, at 2:30 PM at the JSC "Nurbank" building, at the address: 10V Abay Ave.

Tender start: 20.03.2024, 2:30 PM, at the address: 10V Abay Ave, 3rd floor, 310 large conference hall;
End of auction: 4:30 PM;
Package and proposal collection until 12:00 PM (inclusive) on 19.03.2024 at the address: 10V Abay Ave, office 204 of the chancellery.

Potential suppliers meeting the criteria outlined in the following are admitted to the tender:

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:

Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender;
2) copies of constitutive documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);

• copies of licenses (original for verification) for carrying out activities licensed by the state (if the procured goods/works/services require licensing);

4) a copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;

Package 2: Financial documentation
1) price proposal for at least 12 months;
2) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and absence of overdue debt to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal, if available;
4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming the absence of tax liabilities;
5) information about the availability of material and technical base;
6) confirmation of agreement to make settlement through a bank account at JSC "Nurbank" under the Contract.

Package 3: Other documentation

• authorization letter from ORACLE company for the right to provide services for extending Oracle licensed software technical support;
• authorization letter from ORACLE company for the right to provide services for extending Oracle server equipment technical support;
• the potential supplier must provide a letter confirming no outstanding debts of the Partner to the "Oracle" company;
• information about the number of certified specialists (copies of specialists' certificates) on Oracle DBMS products;
• list, procedure, and terms of services.

Please note that the Tender Commission of the Bank has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, with written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, indicating the new tender date.
A potential supplier has the right to alter or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service supplier.
