Selection Criteria

JSC "Nurbank" announces a competitive open tender for the procurement of household goods for the Head Office and Almaty Branch.

A supply contract will be concluded with the company offering the best terms based on the competition results.

Attached to this announcement, you will find files with a list of requirements and the required goods. During the competition, product samples may be requested for quality assessment.

Start of trading: approximately on August 24, 2023, at 14:30, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "B", office No. 310

End of trading: approximately on August 24, 2023, at 17:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "B", office No. 310

Proposal submission until: August 23, 2023, by 12:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "B", office No. 204 (for Dunas Y.M.)

Main supplier requirements:

  • The product must meet the list according to Appendix 1.
  • Free delivery
  • Availability of the required quantity of goods;
  • Payment: 50% prepayment, 50% post-delivery payment;
  • Opening an account with JSC "Nurbank";
  • Must have professional competence, necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations under the contract;
  • Must be solvent, not subject to liquidation, property should not be under arrest, and financial-economic activity should not be suspended as per Kazakhstan law;
  • The potential supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the bank and tender commission are not liable for these costs, irrespective of the character and results of the tender.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) Application for tender participation as per the established form;
2) Notarized copies of constituent documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Statutes, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for regulated activities (if applicable);
4) Notarized copy of the identity card of the authorized representative;
5) Notarized copy of the identity card of the first manager;
6) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for tender participation;

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) Original certificate from the serving bank confirming the applicant's banking details and absence of overdue debts;
2) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
3) Original tax committee certificate at the supplier's registration place confirming no tax debts;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from previous partners evaluating cooperation experience, including timeliness and completeness of obligations (if available);
5) Information on availability of material-technical base;
6) Price proposals;
7) Copies of corporate income tax declarations for two years preceding the tender. If there are losses in the tax account for the prior two years, the participant must justify the offered price of the goods/services.

Package 3: Other documentation

1) Product specifications, delivery terms, and timelines.
Please note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right to not disclose any information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to the potential suppliers or any unauthorized persons.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, indicating the new date if postponed.
Potential suppliers have the right to modify or withdraw their applications before the final submission deadline.
