JSC "Nurbank" announces a competition for conducting an open tender for the procurement of cash and consumable materials for branches.
Based on the results of the competition, a framework agreement will be concluded with the company offering the best conditions.
Attached to this announcement, you will find files with the list of requirements and the list of required goods. During the tender process, product samples may be requested to assess quality.

Main requirements for suppliers:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages are required:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the established form;
2) notarized copies of constituent documents, registration/re-registration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of license (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if the procurement involves goods/services/works that require licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the chief executive officer;
6) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participating in the Tender.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debt at the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier, confirming no arrears in tax payments;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) information about the availability of material and technical base;
6) price offers;
7) copies of corporate income tax declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (for procurements that are subsequently subject to international business operations).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) characteristics of goods, delivery conditions, terms.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, specifying the cancellation or rescheduling with the new date of the event.
A prospective supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the expiration of the final deadline for tender applications.
