Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
"Nurbank" JSC announces an open tender for the purchase of antivirus software licenses for the IBM Lotus Domino mail server and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will take place on June 22, 2023, at 14:30, in the "Nurbank" JSC building, located at: Almaty, Abay Ave., 10 "B", office № 310.
Document submission deadline: 21.06.2023 at 12:00, at: Almaty, Abay Ave., 10 "B", office № 204
Legal entities (potential service providers) are allowed to participate in the tender provided they meet the following conditions at the time of the tender:
1. Criteria for selecting potential participants in Appendix № 4.
2. Technical specification and description of software products specified in Appendix № 5.
Tender application evaluation criteria:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender;
2) Notarized copies of incorporation documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Articles of Association, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the activity being procured requires licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Price proposal for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years;
2) Original bank certificate confirming the candidate's banking details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
3) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
4) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming no tax debts;
5) Information on the availability of material and technical resources;
6) Confirmation of agreement for settlements under the Contract through a settlement account in "Nurbank" JSC.
The Potential Supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission shall not be liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct and outcomes of the tender.
Furthermore, we note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information related to the examination, assessment, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other party not officially participating in the examination, assessment, and comparison of tender applications.
"Nurbank" JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying in writing the potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, indicating a new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service supplier, if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
