JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for hotel services for 2023.

Following the tender results, a service agreement will be concluded with the company offering the best conditions.
Type of tender: open.
Start of bids: February 2, 2023, at 14:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "v".
End of bids: February 2, 2023, at 16:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "v".
Submission of proposals until: February 1, 2023, at 16:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "v".

Main requirements for suppliers:

• • opening an account in JSC "Nurbank";
• • payment can be made by guests using a payment card or in cash upon arrival;
• • mandatory availability of a conference hall and internet;
• • have professional competence and at least 5 years of experience, possess the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations in accordance with the service contract;
• • must be solvent, not subject to liquidation, no seizures on property, and its financial and economic activities should not be suspended as per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
1 package: Legal documentation
1) application to participate in the tender in the prescribed form;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for carrying out state-licensed activities (if the activity related to the purchased goods/works/services is subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) notarized copy of the identity document of the first leader;
6) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the tender.
2 package: Financial documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by seal if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place on the absence of tax payment arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) information on the availability of material-technical base;
6) pricing proposals;
7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the tender. In case of tax losses for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the offered goods/services price (for procurement of goods/works/services, which subsequently form the subject of an international business operation).
3 package: Other documentation
1) product characteristics, delivery terms, timing.
2) the potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the bank and the tender commission do not incur any responsibility or liability for these costs, regardless of the nature of the tender process and outcomes.

We note that the bank's tender commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person officially not involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, of the cancellation or postponement, specifying a new tender date.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the expiration of the final submission date for tender applications.
