"Nurbank" JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces an open tender for the procurement of armed physical security services for the Bank's facilities (Lot No.1) and security monitoring and technical maintenance of the security systems of the Bank's facilities (Lot No.2), and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place at: 10 'v' Abay Ave, 3rd floor, room No.310 (conference hall).

Legal entities (potential service providers) are eligible for the tender, and must meet the following requirements by the time of the tender:

General criteria for evaluating tender applications:
To participate in the tender for Lots No.1 and No.2
the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the established form, in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) Notarized copies of incorporation documents, registration certificate, or re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for carrying out certain state-licensed activities (if the activities related to the purchased goods/works/services require licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for their participation in the Tender;
6) Resolution of the legal entity's authorized body on the election (appointment) of the executive body (head), with a notarized copy of the document:
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Price proposals;
2) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
3) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;
4) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration about the absence of tax debt;
5) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously worked with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
6) Information about the availability of material and technical base;
7) Availability of registration information of the applicant in ETP (if available);
8) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Returns for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed price of goods/services (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business transaction).
Package 3: Other documentation
We note on our part that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other persons not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
"Nurbank" JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender while notifying (in writing or electronically) potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation or postponement indicating the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final submission deadline of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider or without such, if the authorized representative will not participate in the tender.
