JSC Nurbank announces an open tender for the procurement of ESET antivirus software licenses and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will be held on September 22, 2022, at 2:30 PM at the JSC Nurbank building, located at: 10V Abai Ave., office No. 310, Almaty. 

Document submission deadline: September 21, 2022, by 12:00 PM, at: 10V Abai Ave., office No. 204, Almaty           

Legal entities (potential service providers) who meet the following criteria at the time of the tender are eligible to participate:

1. Selection criteria for potential participants as per Appendix No. 4.
2. Technical specifications and descriptions of software products as per Appendix No. 5. 

Tender application evaluation criteria:

• compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;
• compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
• offered price;
• payment terms;
• delivery terms for licenses. 

Documents required to participate in the tender:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) application for participation in the tender;

2) notarized copies of incorporation documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);

3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for performing certain activities licensed by the state (if the activity for the procured goods/works/services requires licensing);

4) notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;

5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the Tender; 

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) price proposal for 1 year;

2) original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;

3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, sealed by the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if applicable;

4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place confirming no tax arrears;

5) information on the availability of material and technical base;

6) confirmation of agreement to conduct mutual settlements under the Contract through a settlement account at JSC Nurbank. 

The Potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not liable for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.

Please note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC Nurbank reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, specifying the new date for the tender.

A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service supplier or without them if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
