JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the installation of roll shutters at the branch building of JSC "Nurbank" in Almaty city located at: Almaty, Zheltoksan Street 173.
Based on the results of the tender, a contract will be concluded for the installation of roll shutters at the branch building of JSC "Nurbank" located at: Almaty, Zheltoksan Street 173.

Main Requirements for Suppliers:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages need to be provided:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender as per the established form;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) Notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
4) Supplier's power of attorney to an authorized representative for tender participation;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank details of the bidder and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a seal if available;
3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier confirming the absence of tax arrears;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) Information on the availability of a material-technical base;
6) Price proposals;
7) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide a justification for the price of the offered goods/services (for purchases of goods/works/services that later become the subject of an international business transaction).
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) Service description, delivery terms, timelines;
2) The potential Supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not bear responsibility for these costs, regardless of the nature and results of the tender.
On our part, we note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with a written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, indicating a new date for conduct.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the deadline for submission of tender applications.
