JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of housekeeping goods for cleaning and maintenance of the Head Office and the Almaty branch for 2022.
Based on the results of the tender, a supply contract will be concluded with the company that offers the best conditions.

Main requirements for suppliers:
To participate in the tender, you need to submit the following sets of documents:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form;
2) notarized copies of the constitutional documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for carrying out activities licensed by the state (if the activity for the purchased goods/works/services is subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized person – supplier representative;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original bank statement confirming the applicant's banking details, absence of overdue liabilities to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, sealed by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;
3) original tax office statement at the supplier’s registration location confirming no tax arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);
5) information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) price proposals;
7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant needs to justify the offered goods/services price (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business transaction).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) goods description, delivery terms, deadlines.
2) The potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not bear any responsibility for these expenses, regardless of the nature of conduct and results of the tender.
On our part, we note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender conducting with a written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, informing them about the cancellation of the tender or rescheduling with a new date indication.
The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final submission deadline.
