JSC 'Nurbank' announces an open tender for hotel services for the Head Bank for the year 2022.
As a result of the tender, a service agreement will be concluded with the company offering the best conditions.

End of bidding: "02" June 2022 at 15:30 hours, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "v"
Submission of proposals by: "01" June 2022 at 14:00 hours, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "v"
Main requirements for suppliers:
- Open an account at JSC 'Nurbank'
- Possess professional competence and at least 5 years of experience, have necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations in accordance with the service agreement;
- Be solvent, not subject to liquidation, with no arrest on property, with financial and economic activities not suspended according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form;
2) Notarized copies of foundational documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for activities licensed by the state;
4) Notarized copy of the document proving the identity of the supplier's authorized representative;
5) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized representative for participating in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by seal if available;
3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming no tax debt;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) Price proposals;
7) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant needs to provide justification for the price of the proposed product/service (for procurements of goods/services that are the subject of an international business transaction).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Description of the product, delivery conditions, deadlines.
2) The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender and its results.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications of the cancellation or postponement, specifying a new date.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
