JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a service provider for technical support access of server equipment and Oracle licenses:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on May 5 2022 at 14:30 at the building of JSC "Nurbank", address: 10V Abai Ave.
Type of tender: open
Tender start: 05.05.2022 at 14:30, address: 10V Abai Ave, 3rd floor, 310 large conference hall;
End of bidding: 16:30;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) on 04.05.2022, at the address: 10V Abai Ave, room 204, chancery.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Annex No.5;
2) notarized copies of the founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) to conduct licensed activities by the state (if the product/work/service is subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized representative for participation in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the banking details of the applicant, absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for the legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by a stamp if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier about the absence of tax debts;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously collaborated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, and more (if available);
5) information about the availability of material and technical base;
6) pricing proposals (1, 3, 5 years);
7) confirmation of agreement to settle accounts for delivery via a settlement account in JSC "Nurbank".
Package 3: Other Documentation
On our part, we note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" is entitled to cancel or postpone the tender by written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation of the tender or postponement with an indication of a new date.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline for tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service supplier or without such if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
