JSC 'Nurbank' announces a competition for an open tender for the procurement of office supplies for the Head Bank and branches for the year 2022.
A supply contract will be signed with the company that offers the best conditions based on the tender results.

Main requirements for suppliers:
To participate in the tender, the following documentation packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if the activities for the purchased goods/works/services are subject to licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized person — supplier's representative;
5) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Original bank letter confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by stamp if available;
3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier’s registration location confirming no tax arrears;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations and experience of cooperation including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) Information about the availability of material-technical base;
6) Pricing proposals;
7) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must justify the price of the proposed goods/services (for procuring goods/works/services that are subsequently part of an international business operation).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Product description, delivery conditions, and terms.
2) The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or to any person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, notifying potential suppliers who submitted tender applications of the cancellation or postponement and indicating the new date of the event.
The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the expiration of the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
