JSC "Nurbank" announces a competition for an open tender for the procurement of office chairs for the employees of the Head Bank located at the address: 10V Abai Ave., Almaty, in the amount of 260 units.

Based on the results of the competition, a supply contract will be concluded with the company offering the best conditions.

Tender Type: open

Document submission deadline: by November 9, 2021, 5:00 PM, at the address: 10V Abai Ave., Almaty, Office of APP, Room No. 310

The open tender will take place on November 11, 2021, at 2:30 PM, at the address: 10V Abai Ave., Almaty, Room No. 310.

Main supplier requirements:

• opening a bank account in JSC "Nurbank";
• availability of the required quantity of the Product;
• Product quality;
• payment 50%/50%;
• delivery within the specified period;
• warranty obligations for the office chair and hardware for at least 3 (three) years;
• mandatory agreement on the color, model of furniture with the Bank (in terms of quality and cost) according to Appendix 2;
• availability of necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations under the supply contract;
• solvency, no risk of liquidation, no seizure of property, no suspension of financial and operational activities. 

To participate in the tender, the following document packages are required:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) application for participation in the tender according to the established form;

2) notarized copies of incorporation documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);

3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for regulated activities, if applicable;

4) notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;

5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participating in the Tender; 

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) original bank certificate confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debts;

2) copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if applicable;

3) original tax certificate confirming no tax arrears;

4) copies of recommendations and reviews from previous clients, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation, including timeliness and completeness of obligations (if available);

5) information on the availability of material and technical base;

6)  price proposals;

7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 years preceding the Tender. If there are tax losses for these years, the participant must justify the proposed price for goods/services.

Package 3: Other documentation

1)  product characteristics, delivery terms, timelines.

2) the potential Supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application. The Bank and the tender committee are not responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct and outcomes of the tender. 

We note that the Bank's Tender Committee has the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who have submitted applications of the cancellation or postponement with a new tender date.

The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline.
