Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of security monitoring services and maintenance of security and fire alarm systems, automatic fire extinguishing, video surveillance, access control systems in premises where JSC "Nurbank" is located, and invites potential service providers to participate in the tender. The event will take place at Almaty, Abay Ave. 10 B, 3rd floor, conference room 310.

End of bidding: 4:00 PM, October 14, 2021
Submission of proposals until: 12:00 PM, October 13, 2021
Legal entities (potential service providers) who meet the following requirements at the time of the tender are allowed to participate:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to the Application (Appendix № 2 to this announcement) in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting licensed activities;
4) Notarized copy of the document verifying the identity of the authorized representative of the service provider;
5) Power of attorney from the service provider to the authorized person to participate in the tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Price proposals;
2) Original bank statement confirming the applicant's banking details and absence of overdue debt to the bank;
3) Copies of financial statements for one year certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs certified by the seal if available;
4) Original statement from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier confirming no tax arrears;
5) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that have previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
6) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
7) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification of the price of the proposed goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services which subsequently are the subject of an international business transaction).
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) Provide information on the availability of a branch network according to Appendix 1 to this announcement (order of appointment, address, contact details of the representative).
2) If available, provide recommendations "Large successful projects on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The potential supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender.
We would like to note that the Bank's Tender Committee has the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, assessment, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation of the tender or its rescheduling with an indication of the new date of the event.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be held with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider or without, if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
The deadline for submission of tender documentation is 12:00 PM, October 13, 2021. Documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope (with contact details on the envelope) at the Bank's office, located at Almaty, Abay Ave. 10 "B", room 204.
