JSC 'Nurbank' announces an open tender for selecting a service provider for the purchase of Service Desk software:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender to be held on August 20, 2021 at 2:30 PM at the JSC 'Nurbank' building, located at Abai Ave. 10V.
Tender Type: open:
Tender Start: 08/20/2021 at 2:30 PM, at address: Abai Ave. 10V, 3rd floor, room 310, large conference hall;
End of bidding: 4:30 PM;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 PM (inclusive) on 08/19/2021 at the address: Abai Ave. 10V, office 204 of the administration.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for tender participation in the form approved in Appendix № 5;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, registration certificate for VAT);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for the conduct of licensed state activities (if the goods/services in question require licensing);
4) Notarized copy of ID of the supplier's representative;
5) Power of Attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for tender participation;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Original bank reference confirming the applicant’s bank details and absence of overdue liabilities to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, certified with the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a seal if available;
3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier’s registration location confirming no tax liabilities;
4) Copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing evaluations and descriptions of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) Pricing proposals;
7) Confirmation of agreement to carry out settlements under the Contract via a bank account with JSC 'Nurbank'.
We note that the Tender Committee of the Bank reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other party not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications of the cancellation or rescheduling, indicating the new date.
Potential suppliers have the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline for tender applications.
The tender will be held with or without the participation of an authorized representative from the potential service provider if such a representative chooses not to attend the tender.
