JSC "Nurbank" announces a tender for the procurement of construction and installation works (CIW) of external and internal thermal networks, the collection and installation of an automatic thermal point (ATP), and connection to the central heating networks of the Head Office and branch of JSC "Nurbank", located at addresses: Almaty, Zheltoksan street, 168B and Zheltoksan street, 173A.

A contract will be concluded with the company offering the best conditions based on the tender results.

Tender Type: open

Document submission deadline: until 24.08.2021 16:00, at the address: Almaty, Abaya Ave, 10 "B", office, room № 204        

The open tender will be held on 26.08.2021 at 10:00, at the address: Almaty, Abaya Ave, 10 "B", room №310.

Main supplier requirements:

• availability of a certificate for the performed work;
• use of quality construction materials;
• quality execution of construction and installation works;
• works within the project documentation;
• preparatory work for the heating season (pressure testing, pipeline flushing, etc.);
• submission of documentation, registration with state bodies, obtaining a contract, connecting heat supply;
• completion of work within set deadlines;
• 3-year warranty on completed works and materials;
• opening a bank account at JSC "Nurbank"
• possess professional competence and work experience, and have the necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations according to the contract;
• be solvent, not subject to liquidation, not have its assets under arrest, and its financial and business activities should not be suspended according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 

To participate in the tender, the following document packages are required:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) tender application in the established format;

2) notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);

3) copies of the license (original for verification) for state-licensed activities (if the activity on the purchased goods/works/services requires licensing);

4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;

5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized representative for participation in the tender; 

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and absence of overdue debt to the bank;

2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified with a seal if available;

3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration on the absence of tax payment debt;

4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligation fulfillment, etc. (if available);

5) information on the availability of a material-technical base;

6) price proposals; 

7) copies of the Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the two years preceding the tender. If there are losses in the tax accounting for the two preceding years, the participant must provide the justification of the proposed price (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become part of an international business transaction).

Package 3: Other documentation

1)  product specification, delivery terms, deadlines.

2) the potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible for these expenses, regardless of the nature and results of the tender. 

It should be noted that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person officially not participating in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, specifying the cancellation or postponement and the new date of the tender.

The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the deadline for submission of tender applications.
