NurBank JSC announces an open tender for the supply of safe deposit boxes for the branches of NurBank JSC and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held at the Head Office of NurBank JSC at the address: 10V Abay Ave., 3rd floor, room 310 (large conference room), Almaty city.

Tender Type: open.
Tender Start: July 27, 2021, at 14:30, at the address: 10V Abay Ave., 3rd floor, room 310 (large conference room);
Tender End: 16:30;
Package submission and proposals until: July 22, 2021, 12:00 (inclusive), at the address: 10V Abay Ave, office.
Potential suppliers who meet the criteria set forth in the file “pr6_selection criteria” are allowed to tender.
Mandatory condition: Site visits to branches in Nur-Sultan, Pavlodar, Taraz, Aktobe, and Almaty for precise measurements of the depository premises and provision of a layout plan of modules/columns/blocks with a price proposal.
To participate in the tender, the following package of documents must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to the attachment, in Kazakh/Russian;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents and certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting certain state-licensed activities (if the procured goods/works/services require licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the document proving the identity of the authorized person, representative of the supplier;
5) Supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the Tender.
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Price proposals;
2) Completed questionnaires for the legal entity according to Internal Control Rules, aimed at combating money laundering and terrorism financing in NurBank JSC;
3) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant’s banking details, the absence of overdue debt to the bank;
4) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
5) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place on the absence of tax arrears;
6) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
7) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
8) Information on registration of the applicant on the ETP (if available);
9) Confirmation of agreement to settle mutual accounts for delivery under the Agreement through a bank account in NurBank JSC
10) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed product/service price (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently constitute the subject of an international business operation).
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) Technical specifications, Equipment delivery terms, deadlines, list, procedure and terms of service provision (if available);
2) For potential suppliers, an authorization letter from the Equipment manufacturer confirming the right to sell the equipment and provide technical support services;
3) Information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialist certificates);
4) Obligation to deliver the Equipment at once and in full to the Customer's address;
5) Other documents at the potential supplier’s discretion.
The potential Supplier bears all costs associated with preparing and submitting its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
The Tender Commission of NurBank JSC reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
NurBank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation or rescheduling, specifying the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative from the potential service supplier or without such if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
