Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for procurement of services for installation and maintenance of security systems for real estate properties on the Bank's balance sheet and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place at: Abay Avenue 10 "v", 3rd floor, office 310.

Commencement of Trading: at 15:00 on June 10, 2021.
Proposal Submission Deadline: 13:00 on June 8, 2021 at: Almaty, Abay Avenue, 10 "V", office 204 (registry office).

Main requirements for suppliers
A potential supplier has the right to participate in the tender for one or more lots.
The company(-ies) with which a contract(s) will be concluded will bear responsibility for damage caused to Customer's material assets, property, and cash, including but not limited to theft, robbery, or assault, as well as damage to Customer's material assets and property, committed by third parties through breaking into secured objects and premises, locks, doors, windows, showcases, and fences, in other ways, including through the fault of security employees directly securing the objects. The Contractor will compensate the Customer for the full amount of the damage within the deadlines set by the Agreement.
To participate in the tender, the following documents must be submitted:
Legal documentation:
1) application for participation in the tender using the established form, according to Appendix 1 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian;
2) notarized copies of constitutive documents, registration/re-registration certificate of legal entity (Charter, certificate of value-added tax registration);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities;
4) notarized copy of a document verifying the authorized person's identity – supplier representative;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
6) decision of the legal entity's authorized body on the election (appointment) of the executive body (head), notarized copy of the document.
Financial documentation:
1) pricing proposals;
2) original bank reference confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debt to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, sealed by the legal entity;
4) original reference from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location or electronic extract on the presence/absence of tax payment debts;
5) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the preceding two years, the participant must provide a justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (for goods/works/services procurements that subsequently are objects of an international business transaction);
The potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and tender committee are not liable for these expenses, regardless of the nature of conduct and tender outcomes.
We note that Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement with a new date indication.
A potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be held with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential supplier or without it if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
The final deadline for submission of tender documentation until 13:00 on June 8, 2021. Documents are submitted in a sealed envelope (indicating contact details on the envelope) to the office of the Bank, located at: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "V", office 204.

Additionally, we inform that the form of the tender will depend on the situation with the established emergency mode (quarantine) in Almaty on the tender date. In the event of quarantine actions on the tender date, the tender will be conducted remotely using the "SKYPE" software.
