Dear ladies and gentlemen,
JSC Nurbank announces an open tender to select a service provider for technical support access for server equipment and Oracle licenses:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on April 15, 2021, at 2:30 PM at the JSC Nurbank building, located at: Ave. Abay 10V.
Tender type: open
Tender start: 04/15/2021 at 2:30 PM, at the address: Ave. Abay 10V, 3rd floor, Room 310, Large Conference Room;
End of the auction: 4:30 PM;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 PM (inclusive) on 04/14/2021, at the address: Ave. Abay 10V, Office 204 of the business office.

To participate in the tender, it is necessary to provide the following document packages:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix #5;
2) notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) to carry out certain state-licensed activities (if the purchased goods/works/services are subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized person — supplier's representative;
5) supplier’s power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of tax payment arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and references from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) price proposals (1, 3, 5 years);
7) confirmation of agreement to conduct settlements through the Nurbank JSC account under the Contract.
Package 3: Other documentation
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC Nurbank has the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation or postponement of the tender with an indication of the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw their application before the deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
Final deadline for submission of tender documentation is 12:00 PM
April 14, 2021.
