JSC "Nurbank" announces a tender for the open procurement of cleaning and maintenance supplies for the Head Bank and the Almaty branch for 2021.
A supply contract will be signed with the company offering the best terms based on the tender results.

Documents required for tender participation:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for tender participation in an established form;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of licenses (originals for verification) for any state-licensed activities (applicable if goods/services require licensing);
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) supplier's power of attorney authorizing participation in the tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original reference from the servicing bank confirming bank details, no overdue debt;
2) copies of one-year financial statements for legal entities, sealed, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if applicable;
3) original tax committee reference of no tax arrears at the supplier's registration location;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from organizations/entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) information about existing material and technical facilities;
6) pricing proposals;
7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the two years preceding the tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the years prior, the participant must provide justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (when subsequent business transactions are international business operations).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) description of goods, delivery conditions, terms.
2) The potential supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not bear responsibility for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender.
The Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right to non-disclosure of information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any individual not formally involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who submitted applications in writing about the cancelation or postponement with the new date specified.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline.
