JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the selection of a supplier for the procurement of corporate telephony equipment (PBX) for the branches of JSC "Nurbank":
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held on December 10, 2020, at 14:30 hours at the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at: Abay Avenue 10V.

Start of tender: 10.12.2020 at 14:30, address: Abay Avenue 10V, 3rd floor, 310 large conference hall;
End of bidding: 16:30;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) 09.12.2020 at the address: Abay Avenue 10V; office 204 of the chancellery.
Potential suppliers who meet the criteria outlined are eligible to participate in the tender:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Appendix No. 5;
2) notarized copies of the founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for VAT);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for the conduct of state-licensed activities (if the activity for the purchased goods/works/services is subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized person — the representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original letter from the serving bank confirming the claimant's bank details, the absence of overdue debt to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by a seal if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration about the absence of tax payment arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews of legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligation fulfillment, and others (if available);
5) price proposals;
6) confirmation of agreement to make settlements upon delivery under the Contract through a settlement account in JSC "Nurbank".
We note that the Bank's Tender Committee is entitled not to disclose information related to the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification of potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement of the tender with an indication of the new date of the event.
Potential suppliers have the right to change or withdraw their application before the expiration of the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of the authorized representative of the potential supplier, if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
