JSC Nurbank announces an open tender for the procurement of chairs for employees at the Head Bank across 260 workstations.
An agreement will be signed with the company offering the best terms based on the tender results.

The open tender will be held on 10.12.2020. The tender time will be announced separately.
Key requirements for suppliers:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) an application to participate in the tender in the stipulated form;
2) notarized copies of constitutive documents, registration/reregistration certificates of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for carrying out state-licensed activities (if the procured goods/works/services require licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participating in the tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the banking details of the applicant and absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of tax debts;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the collaboration experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);
5) information on the availability of material-technical base;
6) price offers including product characteristics, delivery conditions, and terms;
7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) periods preceding the tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification of the proposed goods/services price (for procurement subject to international business transactions).
Package 3: Other documentation
The Potential Supplier bears all costs associated with preparing and submitting its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible or liable for these expenses, regardless of the tender's nature and results.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information related to examining, evaluating, and comparing tender applications to potential service providers or any person officially not participating in the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC Nurbank reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, stating a new tender date.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
