JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a service provider for laying fiber-optic communication lines (FOCL) in Almaty between the buildings of JSC "Kazteleport", Abay Ave., 109V and JSC "Nurbank", Abay Ave., 10V, Zheltoksan St., 173 and Zheltoksan St., 168B:

- Technical assignment for FOCL laying v2.

and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on October 29, 2020 at 2:30 PM in the building of JSC "Nurbank", located at Abay Ave., 10V.

Type of tender: open

Tender start: 29.10.2020 at 2:30 PM, located at: Abay Ave., 10V, 3rd floor, large conference hall 310;

Tender end: 4:30 PM;

Submission of packets and proposals until 12:00 PM (inclusive) 28.10.2020 at: Abay Ave., 10V; office 204, clerical department.

Potential suppliers who meet the criteria outlined are allowed to participate in the tender:

To participate in the tender, it is necessary to provide the following document packages:

Package 1: Legal documentation
1) tender application in the established form, according to Appendix No. 5;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);

3) copies of a license (original for verification) for carrying out a state-licensed activity (if the activity related to purchased goods/works/services requires licensing);

4) notarized copy of the identification document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participating in the Tender;

6) document confirming the right to perform works on the laying of fiber optics in cable ducts of RDT "Almatytelecom - JSC "Kazakhtelecom".

Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the banking details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt to the bank;

2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;

3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of supplier registration about the absence of tax arrears;

4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously worked with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);

5) pricing proposals;

6) confirmation of agreement to settle via the account at JSC "Nurbank."

We would like to note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right to not disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially participating in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement indicating the new date.

A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the deadline for submitting tender applications.

The Tender will be conducted with or without the potential supplier's authorized representative's participation if such representative will not participate in the tender.
