Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a supplier of server equipment for JSC "Nurbank":
- Lot №1 - Intel Servers for Internet Banking;
- Lot №2 - Intel Servers for Card Segment (Netserver application server);
- Lot №3 - Intel Servers for Virtualization of Card Segment;
- Lot №4 - Intel Servers for Workplace Virtualization;
- Lot №5 - Intel Servers for Electronic Credit Dossier Storage.
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held on October 15, 2020 at 14:30 at the building of JSC "Nurbank" located at 10V Abay Ave.

Tender Start: 15.10.2020 at 14:30, Address: 10V Abay Ave, 3rd Floor, Room 310, Large Conference Room;
End of Bidding: 16:30;
Document Submission Deadline: By 12:00 noon (inclusive) on 14.10.2020 at 10V Abay Ave, Room 204 of the administration office.
Potential suppliers meeting the specified criteria may participate in the tender:

The following documents are required to participate in the tender:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Tender participation application according to the established form, as per Appendix No. 5;
2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Verified copy and original (for verification) of the license for the relevant licensed activities (if licensing is required for the purchased goods/services);
4) Notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Original bank certificate confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified with the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified if available;
3) Original tax committee certificate at the supplier's registration place, confirming no tax debts;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) Price proposals;
6) Confirmation of agreement to settle transactions by a bank transfer through JSC "Nurbank."
It is noted that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially engaged in reviewing, evaluating, or comparing the tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, notifying potential suppliers who submitted applications in writing about the cancellation or postponement with the new date indicated.
A potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of the supplier's authorized representative or without if the representative does not participate in the tender.
