JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of security monitoring services and technical maintenance of security and fire alarm systems, automatic fire extinguishing, video surveillance, and access control in the premises where JSC "Nurbank" is located, and invites potential service providers to participate in the tender, which will be held at the following address: Almaty, Abay Ave. 10B, 3rd floor, conference room 310.

End of bidding: 4:00 PM, October 15, 2020
Proposal submission deadline: 5:00 PM, October 14, 2020
Legal entities (potential service providers) meeting the following requirements at the time of the tender are allowed to participate:

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Tender participation application in the prescribed form, as per Application (Appendix No. 2 to this announcement) in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) Notarized copies of constituent documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate)
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for licensed activities;
4) Notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the service provider;
5) Power of attorney from the service provider to the authorized person for tender participation;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Price proposals;
2) Original bank reference confirming the banking details of the applicant, absence of overdue debts of the applicant to the bank;
3) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by a seal if available;
4) Original reference from the Tax Committee at the place of supplier registration about the absence of tax debts;
5) Copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously worked with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligation fulfillment, etc. (if available);
6) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
7) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the two years preceding the tender. In case of tax losses in the previous two years, the participant must provide a justified price of the proposed goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of international business operations).
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) Provide information about the branch network availability according to Appendix 1 to this announcement (appointment order, address, contact details of the representative).
2) Provide recommendations for "Large successful projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan," if available.
The Potential Supplier bears all costs associated with preparing and submitting their tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee do not accept responsibility or liability for these costs, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
It should be noted that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in these processes.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying in writing the potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement with the new date indicated.
A Potential Supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be held with or without the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider if the authorized representative does not attend the tender.
The final deadline for submitting tender documentation is 5:00 PM, October 14, 2020. Documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope (indicating contact details on the envelope) to the Bank's office located at Almaty, Abay Ave. 10B, Office 204.
