JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement (renewal of license) of the e-mail protection system against incoming threats and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will be held on September 24, 2020, at 14:30 at the JSC "Nurbank" building, located at 10 "B" Abai Avenue, office No. 310, Almaty.

Legal entities (potential service providers) meeting the following requirements by the time of the tender are admitted to the tender:
The technical specification and description of software products are provided in Appendix No. 5.
Evaluation criteria for tender applications:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
1st package: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender;
2) notarized copies of charter documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if applicable to the procured goods/works/services);
4) notarized copy of a document verifying the identity of the authorized person representing the supplier;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
2nd package: Financial documentation
1) pricing proposals;
2) original bank reference confirming bank details, absence of overdue liabilities of the applicant;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, sealed, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;
4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration, confirming the absence of tax liabilities;
5) information on the availability of material and technical base;
3rd package: Other documentation
1) technical specifications, delivery terms, deadlines.
2) Potential suppliers must have an authorization letter from the manufacturer:
3) Availability of a service center or service partner for warranty servicing of supplied equipment in Almaty or in the regions where the hardware-software complex is delivered (provide information including the name, address, contact details).
4) Equipment must be supplied from a serially manufactured line, tested at the manufacturer's facilities. All components specified in the assignment must be included in the assembly.
5) The potential supplier must have been operating in the market for at least 2 years.
6) Delivery must be carried out in full at the address of the Customer.
7) The Potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible for these expenses regardless of the nature of the conduct or results of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information relating to the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other party not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement with a new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the closing date for the submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service supplier or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
The final deadline for submitting the tender documentation is 12:00 on September 23, 2020.
