JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a supplier to provide repair and maintenance services for the vehicles of the Head Office and the branch in Almaty.

A framework agreement for 24 months will be concluded with the company offering the best terms based on the competition results.

Attached to this announcement you will find files with the list of requirements and requested goods. Product samples may be requested during the competition to assess quality.

Proposal submission deadline: August 25, 2020, at 18:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Avenue 10 "v"

Key supplier requirements:

• Open a bank account with JSC "Nurbank";
• Payment after service provision;
• Reasonable service and spare parts prices;
• Ensure the safety of the provided vehicles during repair;
• Mandatory approval of purchased spare parts with the Bank (quality and cost);
• Warranty obligations for services and spare parts.
• Supplier's market presence of at least 5 years;
• Status - legal entity;
• Registration and Head Office of the supplier in Almaty;

Other documentation:

• If available, provide recommendations "Major successful projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
• The potential supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and tender commission do not bear responsibility for these costs, regardless of the tender's nature and outcome.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, indicating a new date if postponed. The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the final submission deadline.
