JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the supply of cash equipment for the branches of JSC "Nurbank" and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held on 14.09.2020 at 14:30 at the Head Office of JSC "Nurbank", located at: Almaty, Abai Ave, 10"V", 3rd floor, room 310 (large conference hall).
There are a total of 2 Lots, comprising 82 (eighty-two) items:
Lot No. 1 - Two-pocket banknote sorter, quantity of 54 units.
Lot No. 2 - Universal banknote viewing detector, quantity of 28 units.
Tender type: open.
Submission of proposals by: 10.09.2019 at 12:00, at the address: Abai Ave 10"V", registry office.
Equipment provision for testing: until 14.08.2019 at the address: Zheltoksan Ave 173.
Potential suppliers eligible for the tender must meet the criteria outlined in the "pr6_selection criteria" file and provide equipment for testing. The technical specifications of the purchased equipment are given in the "pr5_tech. specifications" file.
To participate in the tender, the following document package must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to the appendix to this letter, in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, Taxpayer Identification Number Registration Certificate for VAT);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting any state-licensed activities (if the activities for the purchased goods/works/services require licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Supplier's power of attorney for the authorized person to participate in the Tender.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Price offers;
2) Completed legal entity questionnaires in accordance with Internal Control Rules for counteracting money laundering and terrorism financing in JSC "Nurbank";
3) Original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details and absence of overdue liabilities to the bank;
4) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity’s seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs certified by a seal if available;
5) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming no tax payment arrears;
6) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
7) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
8) Availability of registration information on the Electronic Trade Platform (if available);
9) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the proposed good/service (for procurements that are subsequently subject to international business operations).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Technical specifications, equipment supply conditions, terms, list, order, and service provision terms (if any);
2) Authorization letter from the Equipment manufacturer with supporting documents for the right to sell equipment and provide technical support services for potential suppliers;
3) Information on the number of certified specialists (copies of specialist certificates);
4) Commitment to supply Equipment in full at the Customer's address;
5) Other documents, at the discretion of the potential supplier.
The Potential Supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible and not liable for these costs, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
We note that the Tender Commission of JSC "Nurbank" has the right not to disclose information relating to the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications in writing about the cancellation or postponement, specifying a new date for its holding.
The Potential Supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the final submission deadline for tender applications.
The tender will be held with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider or without, if the authorized representative will not participate in the tender.
