JSC 'Nurbank' announces a competition for an open tender for the procurement of expendable cash materials for branches for 2020.
The company offering the best conditions will be awarded the supply contract based on the tender results.

The open tender will take place on 11.06.2020 at 14:30 at: Almaty, Abay Avenue, 10 'B', office 310.
Main supplier requirements:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages are required:
1st package: Legal documentation
1) Tender participation application in the prescribed form;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting licensed activities by the state (if procurement goods/services require licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the document proving the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized representative for tender participation;
2nd package: Financial documentation
1) Original bank statement confirming the applicant’s bank details, with no overdue bank indebtedness;
2) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, sealed by the legal entity, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if present;
3) Original tax committee statement at the supplier’s registration place confirming no tax debts;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously collaborated with the supplier, including assessments of experience, timeliness, and fulfillment of obligations (if available);
5) Information on available material and technical base;
6) Price proposals;
7) Copies of corporate income tax declarations for two years prior to the tender. If there are losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant needs to justify the proposed goods/services price (for international business operations).
3rd package: Other documentation
1) Product specification, delivery terms, and timings.
2) The potential supplier covers all costs related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission bear no responsibility or obligation for these costs, regardless of the nature or outcome of the tender.
It is noted that the Bank’s tender commission has the right to not disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tenders.
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation or rescheduling with new dates.
The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the expiration of the final deadline for tender application submission.
