JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a service provider for access to technical support for server equipment and Oracle licenses:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on May 21, 2020 at 14:30 at the JSC "Nurbank" building, located at: 10V Abay Ave.
Tender Type: Open
Tender Start: 21.05.2020 at 14:30, at: 10V Abay Ave, 3rd floor, 310 large conference hall;
End of Bidding: 16:30;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) on 21.05.2020 at: 10V Abay Ave, office 204 office.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
1st package: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix No. 5;
2) notarized copies of constituent documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for the conduct of activities subject to state licensing (if the activities for procured goods/works/services are subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document proving the identity of the authorized person - supplier representative;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
2nd package: Financial documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debt to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, sealed by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;
3) original reference from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier about the absence of tax payment arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that have previously collaborated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, and more (if available);
5) information about the availability of material and technical base;
6) price proposals;
7) confirmation of consent to carry out settlements under the Contract through the current account in JSC "Nurbank".
3rd package: Other documentation
On our part, we note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation or postponement of the tender with the indication of a new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the expiration of the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without one if the authorized person will not participate in the tender.
The final deadline for submission of tender documentation is 12:00 on "21" May 2020.
