JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for purchasing unarmed physical security services and monitoring of collateral objects on the Bank's problematic loans, as well as objects on the Bank's balance, inviting potential suppliers to participate in the tender. The event will take place at the following address: [Aby Avenue 10 "v", 3rd floor, room 310.
Tender type: open;
Commencement of trading: 14:30 hrs on May 6, 2020.
Proposal submission deadline: 12:00 hrs on May 5, 2020 at the address: Almaty, Aby Avenue, 10 "V", room 204 (administration).

Lot 1: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of the oil depot (buildings and structures) with a total area of 182.9 sq.m., an adjacent land plot of 1.00 ha, and a rail siding located at the address: Zhambyl Region, Zhambyl District, station Sholdala.

Lot 2: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of an administrative building with a total area of 910 sq.m. and an adjacent land plot of 1.0545 ha, located at the address: Almaty, Pavlodarskaya Street, 7.

Lot 3: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of a production facility with a total area of 3,096.6 sq.m. and a land plot of 1.6142 ha, located at the address: Nur-Sultan, Saryarka District, M.Dulatova Street, 191.

Lot 4: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of real estate with a total area of 23,126.9 sq.m. and a land plot of 36.5460 ha, located at the address: Karaganda Region, Saran, district of "Saranskaya" enrichment plant.

Lot 5: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of real estate in the form of a service station complex with a total area of 11,604.40 sq.m and a land plot of 3.1287 ha, located at the address Almaty, Nauryzbai District, Raimanbek Avenue, 548.

Lot 6: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of buildings and structures with a total area of 11,712 sq.m and land plots of 2.7856 and 0.1235 ha, located at the address Nur-Sultan, Jienkulova Street, 5.

Lot 7: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of the "Bus Station" gas station, located at the address: Taraz, Zhambyl Avenue, 2A.

Lot 8: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of an oil depot with an adjacent land plot of 5.0535 ha, located at the address: Akmola Region, Astrakhan District, Zhaltyr village.

Lot 9: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of a non-residential building with a total area of 2,180.8 sq.m. and a land plot of 0.3494 ha, located at the address: Almaty Region, Talgar District, Belbulak, 167 "A".
Number of security posts – 2 (two).
Lot 10: unarmed round-the-clock physical security of a property complex with a land plot of 14.8 ha, located at the address: Turkestan Region, Zhetysai, Auezov Street.
Number of security posts – 4 (four).
Lot 11: monitoring of a residential building with a total area of 578.10 sq.m. and a land plot of 0.10 ha, located at the address: Almaty, Kekilbayuly Street, 181 (formerly Kablukov, 181).
Monitoring of the object is conducted 6 times a day, 7 days a week (4 times from 08:00 to 20:00 and 2 times from 20:00 to 08:00).
Lot 12: monitoring of an unfinished residential building (villa type "A") with a land plot of 0.40 ha, located at the address: Almaty Region, Karasay District, Nurlaytau village, Central Street, 48.
Monitoring of the object is conducted 6 times a day, 7 days a week (4 times from 08:00 to 20:00 and 2 times from 20:00 to 08:00).
Main requirements for suppliers:
A potential supplier may participate in the tender for one or more lots.
The company (ies) with which an agreement will be concluded shall be liable for damage caused to tangible assets, property, and financial assets of the Customer, incurred (including, but not limited to) through theft, robbery, or assault, as well as damage to the Customer's tangible assets and property committed by third parties through breaking and entering in secured objects and premises, including guilty actions of security employees directly securing facilities. The Contractor shall fully compensate the Customer for the incurred damage within the terms defined by the Agreement.
To participate in the tender, the following documents are required:
Legal documentation:
1) application for participation in the tender according to the form established in Annex 1 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of licenses (originals for verification) for specific state-licensed activities;
4) notarized copy of a document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) supplier's power of attorney for the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
6) decision of the authorized body of the legal entity on the election (appointment) of the executive body (head), notarized copy of the document.
Financial documentation:
1) price proposals;
2) original bank statement confirming the bidder's banking details and absence of overdue debts to the bank;
3) copies of financial reports for one year, sealed by the legal entity;
4) original tax committee certificate from the supplier's registration location or electronic extract on the presence/absence of tax debts;
5) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, and others (if available);
6) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in the tax account for the preceding two years, the participant must provide substantiation of the proposed product/service price (for the purchase of goods/works/services that subsequently become the subject of an international business operation);
7) confirmation of consent to settle accounts under the Agreement through a bank account opened at JSC "Nurbank". In case of refusal of the supplier to open an account, it is necessary to provide a corresponding letter.
The potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender proposal, and the Bank and tender committee are not liable for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the conduct and tender results.
We note that JSC "Nurbank" has the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to the potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new conduct date.
A potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw its application before the deadline for tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service provider or without one, if the authorized representative does not participate.
Final deadline for submission of tender documentation 12:00 hrs "05" May 2020 year. Documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope (with contact details indicated on the envelope) to the Bank's administration, located at Almaty, Aby Avenue 10 "V", room 204.

Additionally, we inform that the form of the tender will depend on the state of emergency (quarantine) regime established in Almaty on the date of the tender. If quarantine is in effect on the day of the tender, it will be conducted remotely via the "SKYPE" software.
