Dear ladies and gentlemen!
JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the extension of licenses for the hardware and software complex for ensuring the protection of the network infrastructure PaloAlto PA-3020 and PaloAlto Traps, and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will be held on November 28, 2019 at 14:30 at the building of JSC "Nurbank", at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave., 10 "B", office No. 310.
Document collection deadline: 27-11-2019 12:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave., 10 "B", administration office, room No. 204.
Legal entities (potential service providers) are allowed to the tender, who must meet the following requirements at the time of the tender:
Technical specifications and description of software products are provided in Appendix No. 5.
Criteria for evaluating tender applications:
The following document packages must be provided to participate in the tender:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender;
2) notarially certified copies of the constituent documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if the activities for the purchased goods/works/services require a license);
4) a notarially certified copy of the document proving the identity of the authorized person — representative of the supplier;
5) a power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) price offers;
2) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank details of the applicant and the absence of overdue debts of the applicant to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the stamp of the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by a stamp, if available;
4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier about the absence of debt on tax payments;
5) information on the availability of material and technical resources.
Package 3: Other documentation
1) technical specifications, delivery terms, deadlines.
2) For potential suppliers, an authorization letter from the manufacturer companies is required:
3) Availability of a service center or service partner for warranty service of the supplied equipment in Almaty or regions where the hardware-software complex is supplied (provide information indicating the name, address, contact details).
4) Equipment must be supplied from a serial production line, tested at the manufacturer's plants. The assembly includes all components specified in the assignment.
5) The potential supplier must have been operating in the market for at least 2 years.
6) Delivery must be completed in full and at the customer's address.
7) The potential Supplier is responsible for all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible and do not bear obligations for these expenses, regardless of the nature and results of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person officially not participating in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender and notify potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation or rescheduling of the tender, specifying the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the expiration of the deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized person of the potential service provider or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
The final deadline for submission of tender documentation is 12:00 on "27" November 2019.
