Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
JSC “Nurbank” announces an open tender for selecting a supplier for the purchase of consumables for copying equipment (purchase of new cartridges and cartridge refilling) at JSC “Nurbank” and invites potential suppliers to participate.
Tender type: open:
Tender start: 14.11.2019, 14:30, at: Abay Ave., 10V, 3rd floor, 310 large conference hall;
End of auction: at 16:30;
Collection of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) 13.11.2019 at: Abay Ave., 10V; office 204, clerical office.
The names of the goods/services to be procured are listed in Appendix No. 1.
Potential suppliers meeting the criteria set out in Appendix No. 2 are allowed to participate in the tender.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Legal documentation
1) A notarized copy of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
Financial documentation
1) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) Financial statements for legal entities for the last year, sealed by the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;
3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of tax debts;
4) Corporate income tax declaration for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed product/service price (for the procurement of goods/works/services, which subsequently are the subject of an international business transaction).
Other documentation
1) Recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, and more (if available)
2) Other documentation that the Supplier deems necessary to attach to this tender.
The supplier bears all expenses associated with the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible and have no obligations regarding these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender process and results.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other person not officially participating in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC “Nurbank” reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, about the cancellation or postponement with an indication of the new tender date.
A potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw their application before the expiration of the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
