JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of security monitoring services and technical maintenance of security and fire alarm systems, automatic fire extinguishing, video surveillance, and access control systems in the premises occupied by JSC "Nurbank", and invites potential service providers to participate in the tender, which will be held at: Almaty, Abaya Avenue 10 B, 3rd floor, conference hall 310.

Legal entities (potential service providers) meeting the following requirements at the time of the tender are allowed to participate:

For participation, please submit the following documentation packages:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender using the established form, as per Application (Appendix № 2 to this announcement) in Kazakh/Russian language;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, registration/reregistration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for licensed activities;
4) Notarized copy of the identity document of an authorized representative of the service provider;
5) Service provider's power of attorney for the participation of an authorized representative in the tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Pricing proposals;
2) Original bank statement confirming banking details of the applicant, absence of overdue liabilities to the bank;
3) Copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if applicable;
4) Original certificate from the Tax Committee confirming no tax liabilities at the supplier's registration place;
5) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, containing evaluations of cooperation experience, including timeliness and completeness of obligations (if available);
6) Information on available technical and material resources;
7) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. In case of tax losses for the preceding two years, justification of the proposed goods/services pricing is required (for international business operations).
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) Provide information on branch network availability as per Appendix 1 (appointment order, address, contact details of representative).
2) Provide recommendations "Large successful projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan" if available.
Potential Supplier bears all expenses related to preparing and submitting the tender application, while the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible for these expenses, regardless of the tender's conduct and results.
Note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or anyone not officially involved.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers of the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new date.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be held with the participation of the potential service provider's authorized representative or without if the representative does not participate.
Final deadline for tender documentation submission at 12:00 on October 30, 2019. Documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope (with contact details on the envelope) at the Bank's office, located at Almaty, Abaya Avenue 10 "B", office 204.
