Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
JSC 'Nurbank' announces an open tender for the procurement of peripheral equipment for the following two lots:
Tender type: open:
Tender start date: 26.09.2019 at 14:30, at the address: Abaia Avenue 10V, 3rd floor, room 310, large conference hall;
End of auction: 16:30;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) on 25.09.2019 at the address: Abaia Avenue 10V; office 204, paperwork department.
Legal entities (potential service providers) meeting the following requirements by the time of the tender are eligible to participate:
Technical specifications and software product descriptions are provided in Appendix No.1 (LOT#1, LOT#2).
Criteria for evaluating tender applications:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) tender application form as per Appendix No.5 to this letter;
2) notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for performing activities licensed by the state if applicable to the procured goods/works/services;
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the supplier's authorized representative;
5) supplier's authorization letter to the authorized representative for tender participation;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) original bank statement confirming the claimant's bank details, absence of overdue debts to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if applicable;
3) original tax committee statement at the supplier's registration location confirming no tax arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously collaborating with the supplier, evaluating cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);
5) information on available material and technical base;
6) price proposals in two copies:
a) without delivery to all cities of Kazakhstan, delivery only to Almaty;
b) with delivery to all cities of Kazakhstan.
7) confirmation of agreement for settlements under the contract through JSC 'Nurbank' account.
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) description and technical documentation for the supplied equipment;
2) equipment delivery and warranty service conditions;
3) delivery times;
3) availability of service centers in Kazakhstan (provide information specifying the name, address, contact details).
Note that the Bank's Tender Commission may not disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who submitted tender applications of the cancellation or rescheduling, specifying the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without, if the authorized representative does not participate in the tender.
The final deadline for submitting tender documentation is 12:00 on '24' September 2019.
