JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the selection of a service provider for the replacement of the backup communication channel:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will be held on August 22, 2019 at 2:30 PM at the JSC "Nurbank" building, at the address: 10B Abay Ave.
Tender type: open:
Start of tender: 22.08.2019 at 14:30, address: 10B Abay Ave, 3rd floor, room 310, large conference hall;
End of bidding: 16:30;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) on 21.08.2019 at the address: 10B Abay Ave, cabinet 204, administration.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Appendix №5;
2) notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting any state-licensed activities (if the goods/services to be procured require licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debt with the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the seal of the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming the absence of tax payment debts;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligation fulfillment, etc. (if available);
5) information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) pricing proposals;
7) confirmation of agreement to conduct mutual settlements for delivery under the Contract through the current account at JSC "Nurbank"
Package 3: Other documentation
We note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information related to the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, notifying in writing potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, of the cancellation or postponement indicating the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submission of tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider, should the authorized representative not participate in the tender.
The final deadline for submission of tender documentation is 12:00 on "21" August 2019.
