JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the selection of a supplier of Cisco telecommunications equipment and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on August 22, 2019 at 2:30 PM at the JSC "Nurbank" building, located at 10V Abay Avenue.
Tender type: open.
Start of the tender: 08/22/2019 at 2:30 PM, at the address: 10V Abay Avenue, 3rd floor, 310 large conference hall.
End of trading: 4:30 PM.
Collection of packets and proposals until 12:00 PM on 08/21/2019 at the address: 10V Abay Avenue, room 204 office.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender according to the established form, per Appendix №5;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, registration/reregistration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of tax registration for value-added tax);
3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for carrying out activities licensed by the state (if the activity for purchased goods/services is subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person to participate in the Tender
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of overdue debt to the bank;
2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal, if available;
3) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location regarding the absence of tax payment arrears;
4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously collaborated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligation fulfillment, etc. (if available);
5) information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) price proposals for the supply of Cisco telecommunications equipment;
7) confirmation of consent to settle accounts under the contract through a settlement account in JSC "Nurbank".
Package 3: Other documentation
We would like to note that the Bank's Tender Committee has the right not to disclose information regarding the consideration, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person officially not participating in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" has the right to cancel or postpone the tender by written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, about the cancellation of the tender or its postponement with a new date indicated.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the expiration of the final submission deadline.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of the authorized representative of the potential service supplier or without if the authorized representative will not participate in the tender.
The final deadline for submitting tender documentation is 12:00 PM on "August 21", 2019.
