Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of computer and peripheral equipment under the following two lots:
Tender Type: Open:
Tender Start: 04.07.2019 at 14:30, Address: Abai Ave. 10V, 3rd Floor, 310 Main Conference Hall;
End of Trading: 16:30;
Package and proposal submission until 12:00 (inclusive) on 03.07.2019 at: Abai Ave. 10V; Room 204, Chancery.
Legal entities (potential service providers) are eligible for the tender if they meet the following requirements by the time the tender is held:
Payment Terms: 50% prepayment, 50% upon delivery.
Technical specifications and software product descriptions are provided in Appendix №1 (LOT№1, LOT№2).
Criteria for evaluating tender applications:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) Application for tender participation in the prescribed form as per Appendix №5 to this letter;
2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if applicable to the purchased goods/works/services);
4) Notarized copy of the ID of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Supplier's power of attorney for the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) Original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debts with the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, sealed by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if applicable;
3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration address confirming the absence of tax debts;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that previously cooperated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
5) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) Pricing proposals;
7) Confirmation of the agreement to make settlements through the settlement account in Nurbank JSC according to the Contract for delivery.
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) Description and technical documentation for the supplied equipment;
2) Conditions for delivery and warranty service of equipment;
3) Delivery times;
Note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to service providers or any person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation or rescheduling and the new date of conduct.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be held with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without if the Authorized Representative does not participate in the tender.
Final deadline for submission of tender documentation 12:00 hours on July 3, 2019.
