Тендера по закупу «Периферийных устройств» для АО «Нурбанк»

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the purchase of computer and peripheral equipment under the following two lots:

  • LOT No.1 "MFP, Scanner"
  • LOT No.2 "UPS"

Tender type: open:

Tender start: 13.06.2019, 14:30, at: Abay Ave 10V, 3rd floor, 310 large conference room;

End of trading: 16:30;

Collection of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) 12.06.2019 at: Abay Ave 10V, office 204 of the administration.

Legal entities (potential service providers) who at the time of the tender must meet the following requirements are allowed to participate:

  • possess professional competence and work experience, have the necessary financial, material and labor resources to fulfill obligations under the service agreement;
  • availability of a service center or service partner for warranty service of the supplied equipment in Almaty, Astana, Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Uralsk, Petropavlovsk, Shymkent, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Kostanay, Semey, Oskemen, Taldykorgan, Kokshetau, Taraz (provide information indicating the name, address, contact details);
  • Warranty period for equipment - at least 1 year for the entire product range;
  • The potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible or liable for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the conduct and results of the tender;
  • Experience of the potential supplier in the computer equipment market for at least 2 years;
  • Delivery in Almaty and the regions should be carried out according to the plan provided by JSC "Nurbank";
  • The cost of each unit of product is fixed for the duration of the Agreement for additional purchases if additional units are needed beyond the quantity specified in the technical specification;
  • The service provider assumes all transportation costs for the delivery of at least 10 peripheral devices, which have failed during the warranty period, to the service center and back to the customer's location in Kazakhstan (the cost of delivery should be included in the price of the goods);
  • Payment terms: 50% prepayment, 50% upon delivery of goods.
  • have no claims from JSC "Nurbank" on previously concluded agreements;
  • be solvent, not subject to liquidation, no seizure of assets, financial and business activities not suspended under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • fulfill their obligations to pay taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget at the time of application for participation in the tender and at the time of concluding the service agreement;

Technical specifications and descriptions of software products are provided in Appendix No.1 (LOT No.1, LOT No.2).

Criteria for evaluating tender applications:

  • compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;
  • compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
  • offered price;
  • payment terms;
  • delivery times for equipment.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix No.5 of this letter;

2) notarized copies of constitutional documents, certificates of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);

3) copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if the goods/works/services being procured are subject to licensing);

4) notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized supplier representative;

5) supplier's power of attorney to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) original bank statement confirming the applicant's banking details, absence of overdue debts to the bank;

2) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by the seal if available;

3) original statement from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier about the absence of tax debts;

4) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously worked with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, and more (if available);

5) information on the availability of material and technical base;

6) price proposals;

7) confirmation of agreement to conduct settlements for delivery under the Agreement via a bank account in "Nurbank" JSC.

Package 3: Other documentation

1) description and technical documentation on the supplied equipment;

2) delivery and warranty service conditions for equipment;

3) delivery times;

3) availability of service centers across Kazakhstan (provide information indicating the name, address, contact details).

Note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose any information related to the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the evaluation and comparison of tender applications.

JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation of the tender or its postponement with the new date of conduct.

A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw its application before the deadline for submitting tender applications.

The tender will take place with the participation of the authorized person of the potential service provider or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.

The final deadline for submitting tender documentation is 12:00 on June 12, 2019.
