JSC 'Nurbank' announces an open tender for the procurement of cash collection services for the branches of JSC 'Nurbank' and its group of companies: (LLP 'Helios', LLP 'BSB French House', LLP 'Caspian Food', LLP 'Aksay Bakery and Confectionery Plant', LLP 'East Broiler', JSC 'East Kazakhstan Flour Mill', LLP 'Irtysh Broiler Poultry Farm').
The results of the tender will result in the signing of general agreements/contracts for the provision of cash collection services with companies offering the best conditions for the Bank and the aforementioned group of companies.

Required documents for tender participation:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application to participate in the tender in the prescribed form;
2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, registration/re-registration certificates of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if applicable);
4) Notarized copy of the document verifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Power of attorney for the supplier's authorized person to participate in the Tender.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Original bank reference confirming the applicant's bank details, with no overdue debts to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for one year certified by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs certified by seal if available;
3) Original reference from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming no tax debt;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that have previously collaborated with the supplier, including evaluations of timeliness, completeness, and other contractual obligations (if available);
5) Information about the material and technical base;
6) Pricing proposals;
7) Copies of Corporate Income Tax declarations for 1 (one) year preceding the Tender. In case of losses in the tax account for the previous year, the participant needs to provide a justification for the price of the offered goods/services.
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Service description, delivery terms, and timelines.
2) The potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and tender commission are not responsible for these costs regardless of the nature or outcome of the tender.
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information about the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service suppliers or any other party not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender, notifying potential suppliers who submitted tender applications in writing, about the cancellation or rescheduling with the new date indication.
The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the deadline for submitting tender proposals.
