Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
JSC “Nurbank” announces an open tender to select a supplier for organizing the sports section of the charity Run, which will be held in Almaty on September 7, 2019.
If you have experience in organizing large sports events, we invite you to participate in the open tender, which will take place on June 6, 2019, at 2:30 PM in the building of JSC "Nurbank", at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10 "B", office No. 310.
The document collection deadline is by 12:00 PM on June 5, 2019, at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10 "B", office, room No. 204 in the name of Kurmanbaev Sanzhar.
The following legal entities (potential service providers) are eligible for the tender, who by the time of the tender must meet the following requirements:
1) Have professional competence and experience in holding large sports events (as confirmed by thank-you letters from customers), and possess the necessary financial, material, and human resources to fulfill obligations under the service agreement;
2) Be solvent, not subject to liquidation, their property should not be under arrest, and their financial and economic activities should not be suspended in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) Fulfill their obligations regarding tax payments and other mandatory contributions to the budget at the time of application submission for the tender and at the time of signing the service agreement;
4) The potential supplier's market presence should be at least 3 years.
To participate in the tender, the following documents must be submitted:
1. Legal documentation:
1) Application for participation in the tender according to the established form;
2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);
3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the potential supplier confirming no tax arrears;
4) Copies of licenses for conducting activities licensed by the state (if the activities related to purchased goods/works/services require licensing);
5) Notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
6) Power of attorney of the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
2. Financial documentation:
1) Price proposal;
2) Copies of financial statements for the last 12 (twelve) months for legal entities or tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs;
3) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities that previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc.;
We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right to not disclose information concerning the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or anyone not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with a written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications, about the cancellation of the tender or rescheduling, indicating the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of an authorized person of the potential service supplier, if the authorized person is not participating in the tender.
