Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" announces a competition for conducting an open tender for the procurement of office supplies for the Head Bank and branches.
Based on the results of the competition, a supply contract will be concluded for 12 months with the company offering the best terms.

Main supplier requirements:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
1 package: Legal documentation
1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of a legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of a license (original for verification) for any state-licensed activity (if the activities for the procured goods/services are subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of an identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
2 package: Financial documentation
1) completed legal entity questionnaires according to internal control rules for counteracting the laundering of illegal income and financing of terrorism at JSC "Nurbank";
2) original certificate from the bank confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debt to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for one year endorsed by the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs endorsed with a seal if available;
4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration confirming no tax debt;
5) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations, etc. (if available);
6) information on material and technical base availability;
7) price proposals;
8) copies of corporate income tax declarations for the two years preceding the Tender. If there are losses in the tax records for the preceding two years, the participant must provide justification for the price of the proposed product/service (for procurements of goods/services that are subsequently the subject of international business operations).
3 package: Other documentation
1) product description, delivery conditions, terms.
2) The potential Supplier bears all costs associated with preparing and submitting its tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible for these costs, regardless of the manner of conducting and results of the tender.
We note that the Bank's tender committee reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement with an indication of the new date of the event.
The potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw its application before the deadline for submission of the tender applications.
