JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the provision of security services (physical unarmed security) for non-residential premises across 6 Lots. The location, service terms, and detailed specifications are provided in the tender documentation.
Following the results of the competition, a contract for security services will be concluded with the company offering the best terms, valid until 31.05.2018. Recommendation letters may be requested during the selection process.

Lot 2. Gas Station "Bus Station", located at the address: Taraz, Zhambyl Avenue No. 2A. 1 security post, 24/7 (unarmed);
Lot 3. Administrative Building total area of 910.00 sq.m., with an adjacent land plot of 1.0545 ha, located at the address: Almaty, Pavlodarskaya Street, 7. 2 security posts, 24/7 (unarmed);
Lot 4. Oil depot, with an adjacent land plot of 5.0535 ha, located at the address: Akmola Region, Astrakhan District, Zhantyr Village. 2 security posts, 24/7 (unarmed);
Lot 5. Real estate total area of 23 126.9 sq.m. with a land plot of 36.5460 ha, located at the address: Karaganda Region, Saran, enrichment plant "Saransk" district. 4 security posts, 24/7 (unarmed);
Lot 6. Buildings and structures total area of 11 712 sq.m with a land plot of 2.7856 ha, and 0.1235 ha, Astana, Zhiyenkulova Street, 5. 2 security posts, 24/7 (unarmed).

Main requirements for suppliers
The participant must submit a commercial proposal in a sealed envelope to the address: Abai Ave 10 "v", addressed to Kurmanbayev Sanzhar, Leading Specialist of Cost Control and Asset Management Department of Budgeting and Controlling at JSC "Nurbank" by 12:00 on May 22, 2019.

To participate in the tender, the following documents must be provided:
Legal documentation:
1) Application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix No. 4 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) Notarized copies of the constituent documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of tax registration for value-added tax);
3) Copies of the license (original for verification) for the conduct of specific state-licensed activities (if the activity related to the purchased goods/works/services requires licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Attorney of the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
6) Decision of the authorized body of a legal entity to elect (appoint) the executive body (director), notarized copy.
Financial documentation:
1) Pricing proposals, including technical specifications, delivery terms, timelines;
2) Completed questionnaires for the legal entity according to the Internal Control Rules for preventing the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism at JSC "Nurbank";
3) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt of the applicant to the bank;
4) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified with the legal entity's seal, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, sealed if available;
5) Original statement from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration on the absence of tax debt;
6) Copies of recommendations and reviews of legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations and others (if available);
7) Information about the availability of a material-technical base;
8) Copies of Corporate Income Tax Returns for the two (2) years preceding the Tender. In the presence of losses in the tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide a justification for the price of the proposed goods/services (for the procurement of goods/works/services that subsequently form an international business operation).
Other documentation
1) The potential supplier shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission are not responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the tender's execution and results.
We note that JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement and specifying the new date of execution.
The potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final deadline for the submission of tender applications.
