JSC 'Nurbank' announces an open tender for the procurement of A4 office paper for the Head Bank and its branches.
The contract will be awarded to the company offering the best terms based on the tender results.
Attached to this announcement, you will find files with the list of requirements and the necessary paper quantity.

Key supplier requirements:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Tender participation application in the established format;
2) Notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificates of a legal entity (Charter, VAT certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for specific state-licensed activities (if applicable);
4) Notarized copy of the identification document of the supplier’s authorized representative;
5) Power of attorney for the supplier’s authorized person for tender participation.
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Completed legal entity questionnaires in accordance with internal control rules to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing in JSC 'Nurbank';
2) Original bank statement confirming the applicant's banking details and no overdue debt;
3) Copies of financial statements for one year for legal entities, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
4) Original tax committee statement at the supplier’s registration location confirming no tax debt;
5) Copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs previously cooperating with the supplier, including evaluations of cooperation experience such as timeliness and fulfillment of obligations;
6) Information on available material and technical base;
7) Price offers;
8) Copies of corporate income tax declarations for the 2 years preceding the tender. In case of losses in tax accounting for the previous two years, the participant must provide justification for the offered price of goods/services (for goods/services subject to international business operations).
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Product specifications, delivery terms, and timelines.
2) The potential supplier bears all costs associated with preparing and submitting their tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not liable for these costs, regardless of the tender's conduct and outcomes.
Note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other persons not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notice of cancellation to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, along with the new date of the tender.
A potential supplier has the right to amend or withdraw their application before the final submission deadline.
